Rise of a leader

Last few days was quite eventful. There was a feeling of happiness, positiveness and satisfaction in the atmosphere. People are motivated and looking forward for something good to happen. Not many days past when this feeling was completely missing. There was no motivation, the environment was full of negativity, the future was in complete dark. But one man changed all this. The man who is going to be the next Prime Minister of India. Mr. Narendra Modi.

This man re-energized the people of India. Gave people a reason to believe that future will be bright. Converted the negativity into the positivity. Opposition attacked on him with their every means. At one time, every political party was standing against him (even some of his own party members too) but he was standing tall on his principles. And in the end he defeated all of them and emerged as a winner with a thumping victory and complete majority. This is enough to make a person arrogant which we witnessed after the assembly elections few months back. But, today, when I heard his speech in the temple of democracy, I was satisfied with the choice of people and understood, somewhat learned too, the reason of his success.

From entering into the parliament till the speech he delivered, every action was seen first time in the history of this country. Kissing the stairs of the parliament proved that he respect his work and workplace which gave us a belief that he will ensure that no one will disrespect the parliament in future. Another quality was giving the respect to everyone including the opposition, which his  opponent lacked and was the main reason of their defeat. It proved him the real leader who knew how gracefully one should behave after the win. Only a leader can do this.

But now the real challenge starts. Every problem is still there. And people of India has shown their trust on him and assign him a big responsibilty. He has to deliver to ensure that the faith  which people shown will not go in vain.

The first five challenges, according to me, he has to take are

  1.     Controlling the inflation and corruption.
  2.     Ensuring the security of the everyone in the country.
  3.     Creating the job opportuinities for the youth.
  4.     Bringing back the black money.
  5.     Strengthening the currency.

After that he needs to focus on

  1.     Promoting domestic technology.
  2.     Free healthcare services for everyone.
  3.     Free education for everyone.
  4.     Ensuring the maximum and use of resources in best way.

The list is very long and he needs to work hard and continously. After all, winning the heart of a billion plus people is not an easy task. But even people of India should also remember their duties and gave their effort in positive way for the growth of the nation. In the end I can only say

अच्छे दिन आने वाले है।
