Democracy is the rule of people where decision taken on the mutual consensus whereas dictatorship is the rule of one person or a small group where the decisions are imposed on the majority of people. The definitions gave the clear explanation of two rules. Both are based on different ideology. But the question is whether it will be possible to run a dictatorship in the democratic rule?

Sometimes we believed that we are in a democratic system, everything is good. We have all the facilities and rights(in our mind) also. But in reality we are living in dictatorship rule. We do not realized it till the time we raise our voice. But when we realized, it will be too late. We were deeply stuck into the situation of mental slavery and we could not find the way to come out of it. The conditions which was looking favourable can turned into unfavoured.

The group or person who always spoke in your favour will start showing it’s true colors. This small group started imposing their decisions on the majority of people. These people always friendly in the initial interactions with you. They make you feel that they were always think about the welfare of yours. They analyze your weaknesses and your strengths during that period. They start influencing your thought process and you believe them blindly. You do not analyse and raise questions on their actions. And when you thought that something was going wrong and you raised the concerns, they start suppressing your voice and you have no courage to stand against them. This situation is known as Dictatorship in Democracy.

But why the situation occurred?

The reason is we stopped analyzing the things. We stopped putting our concerns. We stopped raising the questions. We blindly followed someone for our small gains.

Dictatorship ends and democracy starts, when your voice will be heard. And it will start only when you show the courage to raise your voice and ensure that it will not go unheard. Sometimes to make loud sound you do not need to shout. You just need to arrange people and put them on same page, so that when they speak together even normal voice makes loud impact.

Dictatorship ends only when people gathered against wrong. Democracy starts when opposition also appreciate the good work.

To change the world, it is important to acknowledge, analyze and accept the good things of those you oppose.
